Short breaks can be arranged (subject to availability), except high season

All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit of 25% of the total amount.
The balance is due six weeks before the entry date. Any cottage booked within six weeks of stay must be paid for in full at time of booking.
Cottages are let from 3pm on Saturday, to be vacated by 10am the following Saturday.
Cottages are let for the number of people specified at the time of booking. No increase is allowed without consent.
Cottages must be left clean and tidy and undamaged. All breakages and losses incurred during the tenancy are the responsibility of tenants.
Cancellation of bookings - if within six weeks of the due date of arrival, you are liable for the full rental charge. If the cottage can be re-let your balance will then be returned (ie rental less deposit). You are advised to take out your own holiday cancellation insurance.

Car/Ferry: Daily sailings, including Sunday, from Kennacraig, to Port Ellen in the south or Port Askaig in the north, a journey time of approximately two hours.
